“Call me back in two weeks” is the most common thing a prospect says, and the easiest thing to lose.
It ends up on a sticky note, in a CRM field nobody reads, or nowhere. CloseCobra listens to the call, catches the promise, and puts it where you’ll see it.
How it works
-
Click record on your dialer tab
The Chrome extension captures the call audio and your microphone. Works with any dialer that runs in a Chrome tab, or upload a recording from your phone or dialer.
-
Hang up and hit stop
About a minute later you get a notification. Nothing to type, nothing to tag.
-
Follow through in one click
Add the callback to Google or Outlook Calendar, open the email draft in Gmail or Outlook, read it over, send. Chrome reminds you when it’s time to call.
Everything from the call, on one page
- A plain summary
- What happened, where it stands, objections, questions they asked, and what you promised.
- A follow-up date
- “After the holidays” becomes a real date and time, with a reminder.
- An email draft
- Written from what they actually said. Your signature, no invented prices. You always hit send yourself.
- Honest coaching
- What worked, what to tighten, and the one question to ask next time.

Questions
Which phone systems does it work with?
Any dialer that runs in a Chrome tab. If your calls happen on a desk phone or your cell, record them another way (your phone’s recorder, a dialer export) and upload the file in the web app.
Is it legal to record my calls?
It depends on where you and the other person are. Many states, including California, Florida and Pennsylvania, require everyone on the call to agree. The simple habit: tell the other person at the start that the call is recorded. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to your calls.
Does it send emails for me?
No. It writes the draft and opens it in Gmail, Outlook or your mail app. You read it and hit send.
Where do my recordings go?
To your private account. Audio and transcripts are processed by our AI provider only to produce your summary and drafts. You can delete any recording, or your whole account, at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
You can add 300 more minutes for $10 anytime from the Billing page, and they work right away. Extra minutes you don’t use carry over to next month. Your calls and follow-ups are never locked.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in two clicks from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
